I experienced creative burnout and struggled with the negative effects of stress on my personality. Through extensive experimentation and personal life experiences, I found that stress definitely can change your personality and self-perception, which is supported by Carl Jung's beliefs.

However, I also discovered that there is a healthy way to engage and manage stress. I learned to prioritize self-care and engage in stressful activities in a positive way, leading to experiences of euphoria and wonder.

I also share my decision to start a new YouTube channel focused on personal growth through storytelling and how I had to balance my desire to describe personality types with encouraging personality change. It was a journey of self-discovery, and I hope my experiences can provide valuable insights on managing stress and becoming your own person.

Thanks for watching, liking and subscribing to my channel! I'm so excited that you've come along on this journey with me.

My goal is to create videos and books that help people Flow, become Self-Actualized, and eventually reach Transcendence. Flow comes from living in the present moment and achieving a balance between the challenges of the task and our own skill level. Self-actualization is about developing a sense of autonomy and understanding our true identity and purpose in life. Finally, Transcendence comes from achieving a state of being beyond physical boundaries to reach an enlightened spiritual awareness.

I hope that my content helps you set goals to improve your happiness, wellbeing, and sense of purpose and meaning. Thanks again for watching – let's Flow together!
