Mr. António Guterres, United Nations Secretary-General, addresses the press after his remarks at the 55th Regular Session of the Human Rights Council and the High-Level Segment of the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva, Switzerland.

The High-level segment will open with statements by key dignitaries, followed by national statements. A list of speakers will be established in advance on a first-come first-served basis, with the customary protocol that ensures that Heads of State and Government speak first, followed by Ministers and other heads of delegation. National statements are expected to be delivered in person, however, exceptionally, pre-recorded video messages could be provided by Heads of State and Government who will not be able to attend in person.
