The Executive Director of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), Jorge Moreira da Silva, visited the European Hospital in Gaza, where he witnessed the difficult humanitarian conditions faced by the hospital due to shortages in medical supplies, medications, water, and electricity.
