This lecture continues our deep dive into the history of the conservation movement in the United States. Here we discuss the massive technical and policy developments from 1891 to present. Among other things we cover the first federal regulations and policies through to the 1970s "golden age" of environmental laws and now into our current era of skepticism of conservation interventions. We finish with the cautionary tale of the South Pacific small island nation of Nauru.

This second part of our detailed look at U.S. Conservation History follows the previous lecture: https://youtu.be/S1g9HPpMp8U
